At Proto-Productions, our bread and butter is Short Films! Our main events each year consist of up and coming filmmakers taking a crack at this beloved artform.

We fully produce several short films each year, no more than 10-11 minutes, with small budgets and big ambitions!

We delve into our pre-production process, fully outlined in our own internal, ‘Producer’s Handbook’, where we fundraise, market and develop the film!

Then we shoot the project over a few days! With dedicated crews, fantastic cattering and collaborative environments. We can always garauntee a fantastic set experience.

Finally we go into Post-Production and Distribution. Creating a project we are happy with and shooting it off into the Festival Circuit or even our own screening events!

Our ever evolving slate is always open to new opportunities. If you are looking for crew work or want to pitch your own project, look no further~!
